Because reportedly, the hard part is payments. To create site like Patreon is relatively easy, if it's the code and stuff. To get the payments going is not. The more questionable content you allow, the more difficult it will be, starting with being more expensive, or it won't fly at all.

The first few episodes of Three's Company her character Chrissy was really into Jack. The writers realized that could lead to problems and rewrote her as dumb. She was the shiz for those episodes.

Yep, it's possible that Patreon are actually the good guys (sort of, at least) and it's just that someone else has them by the balls. And I don't understand the Britain part either. If you'd be looking for porn-friendly country, you would not pick Britain. Ok, I'm not an expert, but all I hear from that country is always about yet another law to censor naughty stuff. But there are situations where I'm happy to be mistaken.

I was told PayPal threatened to pull their access if Patreon didn't ban incest, etc. As I recall, some other credit card processors also had such restrictions. Honestly, I'm surprised. You don't often see business dabbling in ethics.

But that would explain why it's hard to get another, similar service started. You'd have to exclude a lot of the popular payment options.

In cleaning up the OP, I'm thinking it would help if we added an approximate play time. Just curious, how long do you think it took you to play through the existing content?

Progress
Can't believe that September has come and gone already. I'm pleased to report that we are moving along at a good pace with Monica's update. We've gotten over half of her renders produced. We still have about a third or so to produce, but all of images with complicated poses have been completed.
Thus the final third of her images should go faster than the first two-thirds. When the variances consist of facial manipulations and gestures, they tend to go pretty quick.
We've already completed 60 images for the scene and are estimating we'll have just over a 100. Clearly producing the visuals is what takes the bulk of our production time, but as people on our discord will verify, we work on them constantly throughout the week.

Six days left in our current poll. The poll is to determine whose chapter we work on next along side Lupita's update. Topping the list right now is Jane with a 4 vote lead over Cassie. Amanda and Lupita are not far behind.

What's Next
We'll continue pushing through for the next couple of days while we wrap up Monica's update, and then move on to Lupita and the poll winner.
We've buttoned up the missing animations for Emily's bath scene and created one for Monica's as well. We're estimating it will take about 45 hours to render out all of the images necessary for the animation.
We'll try to squeeze them into this next update. If not, we'll throw in some code that will allow us to release a mini-animation update between updates so that you can just dump those files into the folder and they'll activate. Let us play around a bit and we'll hammer out a solution.

I read pretty slowly, sometimes look at pics pretty long, and also try all the different options for 100% completion. So i guess not really a "standard player". Nonetheless, i'd say it took me something like a 20-30 min overall.

Play time for me was super fast but that is because most characters I use to like are now on my ignore list and since you are now forced to play each person instead of being allowed to pick which ones you want to play I turned on my idle clicker and spammed past the ones that I no longer had any interest in anymore super fast.

That is...super un-helpful. But thanks for reminding me once again how much you dislike the characters, story and structure of our game. I'll make a note in the OP, if you hate the characters and the writing, playtime = "super fast"

I've not timed myself playing the game. There have been quite a few in between last update and most current. Plus, I can't be sure if I am adding in rollback to different choices, but...I'll put the full-read estimate at about 30 minutes.
