the DLSite gives nothing about the 1.03, i would wager the only guess i can say is 03 is the ''emergency fix'' they've seemingly implemented to prevent the crashing issues as mentioned above.

I think F.F. means that although they has updated to version 1.03, it has not really fixed anything, I have not been able to find that version in any of my daily pages, and also, acerola himself said that on the 31st he will upload a version that fixes that. So there is nothing to download currently, so for now we can only wait. And anyway, even if it fixes the crashes and other bugs, all the scenes are still buggy and without audio, so even if you want 1.03, it won't help you any more than the 1.02 that is already there, they are just as bad and without relevant content.
Basically this. You can also check the ci-en comments and many reported that the black screen still persist with 1.03. 1.03 supposedly fixed a crashing issue but considering how many potential crashes/freezes the current build has it's impossible pinpoint where the actual fix was applied. From my own testing there are still issues like event flags not working as intended (like lose to a random mob -> boss H-scene, the rescue missions glitching out into whatever it wants etc.).

Just wait til the 31st for a hotfix, or wait til the 10th for a total fix.

It's funny to me that there are 3 separate threads for a game that is somewhere between bug-ridden, unfinished and in some cases unplayable.
Anyway 1.04 enables the gallery and fixes some of the black screen issues but not all of them and they are still numerous bugs (like the boss kidnapping your party member stuff). Gallery also doesn't work properly either because the thumbnails do no match the actual scenes.
Makes you wonder how long it will take for them to fix the game properly. Voices are supposedly next in 10.02 so that's probably the next version update and by that point there really shouldn't be anymore problems.

Better forget it for the moment, I was reading the comments on the page ci-en and the game is still Cyberpunk RPG Maker version, although supposedly “fixed” scenes, many do not exist, do not appear, do not match the time you're playing and several are jumping directly windows with errors. Acerola did not fix anything, just cut scenes to end with the “...” and make it look like it ends when missing many scenes and CG, for the moment keep waiting, this game is still not worth the bad that has come out xd
And as an extra, the game despite how badly made and bugged, is still without voices, there are no recorded voices for many H scenes that according to add them in february, many people are already threatening or trying to put a legal complaint, escalated quite quickly the thing
So I played through the game up to the ending branch. Most of the missing H scenes are there, so far every story and mob loss scene played out as they should without weird ordering of the events. There are still black screens, mostly the Noel sidequests (the shopkeeper) and several one-offs during sidequests (which are probably meant to be generic events). The ones where you need specific costumes do play out without issues and the repeatable H events (like the werewolf in the first city) replaced that weird pixel animation with actual CG. That also applies to some quests like the Lisa one in chapter 2 (where you have to play 3 mini games) which for some reason is also fully voiced. I suppose that was the original idea?
Still both the gallery and the boss encounters are very much bugged, some thumbnails don't match the actual content (though every scene you unlocked is in the gallery). The latter in particular somehow resets virgin status on the characters and the rescue missions sometimes go in an infinite loop or just bug out and gets your character back immediately. That being said they did actually add the h scenes (which were largely missing before) for those and even it is bugged you can view the proper scenes in the gallery. They properly show up on the map once you accepted the associated sidequest.
acerola does deserve most of the criticism but ci-en comments have some notorious bad faith actors that shouldn't be trusted (neither their upvote system). Take everything with a grain of salt from there. Speaking from my testing the game now actually functions instead of not working 90% of the time though of course I haven't touched some areas like post game and affinity events.
i can see why the Gallery's still a mess, some of the scenes are still in concept form, which results in atleast these being black screens OMEGALUL

Starting with ch.6 it's getting pretty rough though. 2 quest lines with costumes do not work, both the idol and the elf are missing their respective scenes with the bosses (very evident with the elf if you check the gallery). The irony is the true route (Ch.8+) has its stuff in place all the way to the end, with a few cases of black screens for supposedly smaller scenes.
tbh after extensively playing this and testing out bugs I don't see how this is going to be fixed in February. The game is beyond unfinished, lacking both in map and game design past the dmo. Starting with the forest area maps are devoid of chests or tend to be completely linear. This is especially noticeable with recurring boss dungeons which stay the same and are just tedious to go through. There is barely any equipment to purchase to get upgrades and leveling up the "exposure" stat for the clothes requires a pretty expensive items or just repeatedly hitting the brothel. I don't see how this was ready back in Decembre when they initially wanted to release it. That the CGs and voices are unfinished are just the tip of the iceberg.

if anyone finds out if the teddybear is anywhere for gallery unlock (usually is that teddy) i'd like to know the location, i completed the game and it bothers me that i did all quests, but still an massive amount of events i somehow have missed?

From what I've seen with mine, a lot of the presumed blank space is from
A) begging events with the various girls
B) H-scenes from certain quests (you need to pick the right/wrong option for the H-scene)
C) Certain choices available depending on your Karma
D) Events triggered by using Iris's heart skill that makes certain npcs horny.
huh....so this is a first time i've seen one place having multiple scenes, i thought it was only the Elfina bikini scene there.
Iirc elf boy spot has scenes for 5 characters

yeah, i've gotten all of them now, all i need is some several obscure outfit events and Karin's leanne outfit event.
Don't forget to re-visit every guild/quest board later in the game. There should be new quests in every one.
