Hm...starting to dislike this project. Too much blur, too less optimisation =( Girl has dead eyes and no emotion... All feels plastic.

Can someone put a header or something up on the original post saying that the project does not run on Windows 7 (Or simply say; Minimum Requirements: Windows 8.1 or sth.) because it might save people from downloading 4 gigs.

Sadly, it is very unlikely to be ever patched since it is a directX issue and DX12 requires at least Win. 8. This case occurs due an update to UE4 a few months ago.

*Flies away*
Dude seriously, it is 2020 almost 2021, there is 0 reason to still be running Win 7.

There is no justified reason why it should not. It is a bug of a deprecated version of the unreal engine. It will be no more when the developer(s) use(s) the actual version.
There is still no reason to not run Windows 10. Most government administrations skipped W8, but they upgraded to W10.

Also, W7 is out of support and Unreal is not made to support it anymore.

For whom does Vulkan actually Performs better here on Nvidia Hardware than the DX11 Path ?

- 3 FPS guaranteed if not even worse

UI (Title Menu)

Vulkan = 93
DX11 = 130

UI (Select Scene/Select Debug Level)

Vulkan = 93
DX11 = 124

Aquatic Love (3rd highest Impact -7 FPS)

Vulkan =33
DX11 = 40

Green Paradise

Vulkan = 22
DX11 = 25

Apartment (It could be the highest impact -11 FPS)

Vulkan = 40
DX11 = 51

The Sewerage

Vulkan = 7
DX11 = 10

Wow the Ruins impact is really heavy -10 FPS (in every measurable way)

Ruins

Vulkan = 17
DX11 = 27

Aquatic Love, Apartment and Ruins show straight a extreme measurable render performance impact and are overall most impacted combined with the Title UI overhead

Looks like a comparable disaster as with Kalyskah Vulkan try on Windows Nvidia at least (will try different Vulkan Driver Releases as well)

Windows 10 being ass is a good reason to not run Windows 10. Not being admin of your own hardware is a turn-off for some people. Also all of the spy and bloatware in Windows 10 might be a good turnoff.

That feeling when you argue about software choices with the example of "government administrations"
