Do you not see the giant blue diamond in the bottom right corner of the screen? Personally, I don't really care for character portraits, but they at least have a purpose, which I can appreciate. The giant blue diamond is completely redundant, everything it does can be done by clicking a single mouse or keyboard button. Most games with a quick menu have the text options across the bottom middle of the screen, so that it's unobtrusive, although I personally prefer not having it at all. I honestly can barely tell right now whether or not you have a textbox, but if you do that's also unnecessary, all you need is a sufficient text outline. Your renders are really good, you obviously put a lot of time and effort into them and the character designs, which I commend, so don't cover them up for no reason. I was also talking about the interface within the menu as well, which is more limited than the basic ren'py menu, despite being somewhat prettier than the basic menu.
As for not having sharing in your game, you are the one who has vaguely answered questions pertaining to that. Whether or not the game currently has sharing/swinging/ntr or not isn't particularly relevant when you have failed to clearly state whether or not the game will or won't have those things. If you want to include that stuff, that's your prerogative, just be clear and honest about it, it will make everyone on both sides happier to know what to expect.
