Hey everyone!
Hope you had a nice Christmas!
I finally had some time to sort out the free version, so
Episode 1-5 is released for free, download links are at the bottom of the post.
I want to talk about a few things.
So the Patrons already know that I had to change dialogue in the game due to Patreon's community guidelines. I'm telling you now so it won't come as as surprise to free users.
I'm not happy about it, but this is the best I could do in the short term.
I mentioned Patreon's fee changes in a previous post. It's a bit of old news now, but it turns out after the backlash they announced that they
won't be rolling out these fee changes, so everything stays the way it has been the whole year. It's great that the changes are not getting through, but the damage was done anyway. It was a bad move and Patreon acknowledged it, so I say let's move forward.
I mentioned a
Q&A session previously which I wanted to by the end of the year but it turns out there are only so many days in the year and I used up almost all of them. So I'll make it happen
in January, I'll announce the date and time here.
The Holidays have broken up the schedule of my posts, but I'll be returning to the usual posting shcedule on January 3. I'm working on miscellenious stuff at the moment, like you might have noticed the new overview page with the preview screenshots, or the new cover image. It was a long due change and I'm happy I finally had a bit of time to do it.
Work on Episode 10 is commencing, I'll get you more info as we go along.
IMPORTANT: Old saves
do NOT work in the game. Meaning, if you need to start a new game if you are playing the free version. You will be able to use the saves you make in this version in the future ones.
(If you use old saves you will most likely experience bugs/crashes)
