No, the game is not complete yet. There are currently 10 episodes, and there are 12 episodes planned.
The download on the front page contains all 10 current episodes though, so that is a complete download package as of now.
err , how to update this games from ep 9 into ep 10 ?

There is a lot of non-render orinted work this week, so that's why it's not a storyline preview of the next episode. However, you will get the first preview of Episode 11 on this Friday, and I will follow things up with a Dev Update on Monday in which I will talk about what will happen in February, and hopefully you'll be able to see the completed website as well.
