Yeah, I was aware of that. And while it is helpful, I believe it would be better for all the information to be compiled in one walkthrough rather than needing two.

Been following DoD from ~episode 5 and now, after finishing it, I'm a little bit sad (like after finishing watching a good TV series). It's probably the best game here. Episodes were of a high quality and delivered on time. Story was surprisingly decent (well, fo this kind of games at least) and artwork was top-notch.
A lot of devs could try to learn from this.

I just noticed... I played from the very beginning, immediately applying an unofficial patch for episode 12. I do not have Alice in the gallery, instead of her empty circle and ????
Loaded save a mini-game on Day 7, went with Alice to the store, and she appeared in the gallery, along with the already open scenes. Huh... =)

Yeah I get that, ill get the other endings after I had some time to recover, It's just that the bad end that I got din't really make sense to me since I picked what seemed the correct choices, after Tracy gets clipped, I thought that stakes would be much higher for MC, he will be that much more invested, but it just ended up in some confusing scenario. You talk with Dragonborn in Daedra armor, you fuck all your interests in rooms one after another, unlock some ultra instinct sharingan kaio-ken powers and nothing comes of it ?
You go to Umbrella facility, get caught in janitors closet after someone sends you a message(you don't find out who), Nora fucks off to Kotaku shadow realm for some reason and leaves you to security, then out of nowhere aunt teleports behind him in high heels and hits him over the head with a baseball bat. You follow big bad evil Hillary campaign funder and she does some Za Warudo and just as you are about to get succubus succ of a life time, yo boy shadow spawn kills her, thus adding another number to dangerous statistic that keep growing in the USA. But death of Nora had no impact, apparently she was just some irrelevant goon in this cabal of virgin mages, that just goes to show that you shouldn't think someone is special because they have anime eyes, so now theres a show down in a warehouse where transformers are running a train on your mom and aunt, but yo boy Marcus teleports also to the rescue, its yoooo boy, but he gets shot for trespassing in self defense by innocent security guard that was just doing his job. Then Alice pops out, apparently she was part of gotta catch them all shards club or was indoctrinated by the reapers or something that doesn't make any sense, so she goes full Griffith mode, asks for Behelit, you ofc say no, you get thrown in jail cell and yo boy shadow spawn never visits you again(asshole) while Alice cleans your pipe on the daily while you have to watch some lame machine porn. Left me with mixed feelings, poor Dragonborn sacrificed himself so this guy could run the show, he should have showed up to him in the cell and be like Yo use the force dude wtf, you have super powers now but w/e

Lol! Well okay you seem to have gotten the worst of worst endings. Basically to be able to cast the spell the doctor guy needs to be incapacitated, which is what Tracy is needed for (she's also the one that saves you in the closet instead of aunt then), without her you get stunned regardless, while Marcus survives and kills the guard if you've been good to him over the game. If however you have been pushy/domineering with everyone in the game the shadow pops out and offers ultimate power for the cost of your soul, accepting it leads to you killing everyone in there in gory fashion with Darkness-style powers then getting a slave harem end with gaping buttholes, turning him down again bad end, other ends require Tracy to survive.
SInce the Order has two of the shards (even with their leader Nora dead they could have retrieved her shard later) it's safe to assume they would be able to keep your powers under control, and if the Apparition showed himself they would take control of him, since that was their end-goal.
Beyond that just refer to the image above. Keeping Tracy alive is the most important, just be nice to her all along, visit her dream and have sex with her to power the shard and tell her the truth about using the spell.
As for the other questions, I'm assuming they will be answered in the Tracy prequel that is coming, which will explain where she got the blue shard and what her contacts are. She's the one that figures out where the Order base is (otherwise my guess is Alice/the order just tricks you into coming to get to you) through her contacts that will be explored. Post credits scene also set up another future sequel (the father still being alive).
This has been answered a lot of times, including on the previous page of this thread... all the episodes are in the ep 12, it's the full game. The only part not included is a standalone holiday version.

Has it been established which ending is canon then ? Because in bad end, I got that he's dead as fuck or in Coma. How does Alice trick you into coming to get you ? Also Tracy sequel doesn't sound that appetizing mainly because of fem mc
