I'm getting the bad ending regardless if I get 100% trust with Tracy or not

Did you check your saves? You also need to get at least +6 trust for Tracy to live.
I literally started the whole game again, whilst skipping and made sure that I did all the +trust scenes and didn't do any of the -trust scenes.

I got no clue then >.<; try opening the game from another computer to see if that works?
nvm figured out why, the walkthrough doesn't mention that one scene (the one with you looking at alice and tracy in the bathroom) will give you -2 trust if you get caught.
I checked out the scripts file and saw that

Hi, is there any sort of Scenes unlocking guide? For instance, after playing through, I'm missing Tracy 7 and Alice 1 & 18.
EDIT: I realize there's an unlocker, but I want to see if I can unlock them without cheats at first.

Guys i just need to understand a thing.
If i try the mom ending, that mean that the other friends become enemy?
I mean... if i seduce only mom, can i have the other character as a friend? Without betrey me at the end of the game?
I read that if i do not go on the date with little sis, in the chapter 12 she become me enemy.
So i was thinking, every time i choice a women the other betrey me? Or there is some way to have the ending you want, without lose the friend/family status?

Out of the six endings only during the bad one will Alice betray you. During the other five no family member does that, they might get "broken" but that's it.
In the corruption ending it is you who betrays them, but it's something you can opt out of.

You can set all the other to "positive" state by doing their favored thing (specifically just make sure Tracy lives, and go eat ice cream with Alice after having her find true love, that's it) and then just use the spell on Marcus mom in the library or lie to him about the Apparition, everyone will survive and be happy and you get the mom end. If you help out Marcus as well (don't use the spell on his mom until he asks you, tell him about Apparition) you instead get the Perfect End where you end up banging the whole family (note Jenna, Abby and Marcus and his mom are only mentioned in this end, Jenna only shows up in the two bad ends).

Thanks for confirming that! I was certain that was the scene, I did everything right in my first play except getting caught in the bathroom scene (because I didn't think it mattered) and still got the bad end. Second play i got the Tracy end, third I looked at the endings image and got perfect end. The walkthrough leaves out quite a lot like you have to go eat ice cream and you have to watch romance movie with mom.
