There is no damn "expansion": the author added a hidden "alternate end" to the "perfect end" path. That's it.

I really hope no spinoff of Tracy! I really do not wanna see how many guys Tracy fuck to help her family.
If lewdlab wanna do a game with Tracy i really hope in another universe, not linked to this game.

If you are in WIn10 your save is stored also in C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\DreamsofDesire-1483748777 , so you see also them.
It is a hidden folder so if you want to see it , you have to enable view of hidden files/folders.
There is no need to delete your save , rename the save downloaded from here in a correct way and where you have a free slot.

I am just now trying this game out. I agree that an updated walkthrough would be nice, but it seems one is not actually needed.

the ending is determined by your major choices while playing... the "trust" here helps too and determines which end you will get.

I think there's no need for that, is too fast and have no hard choices to be made in episode 12.

You would have to use the fan made Android version linked in the OP.
I strongly advise against it because it is obviously not supported by Dr Sin (yet) and weird bugs can always happen, but if that's how you really want to play it, then booom's version is the way to go.
