Neat! Are they just inserted into the main story or do I access them from a menu? Sorry, It's been while since I played this game.

They are accessible from the main menu but you must reach a certain point in the game to unlock them.

No, the one on the left is a video (Mother Warmth chapter 2) and the one on the right is a game (Crazy Son)

Can anyone help me? I use joiplay and download the windows version (ren'py). After extracting the folder, add the game on joiplay, and launched it, the game instantly crashed.

Use renpy plugin version 7.6.1, it's what the game was made on i think.

Finally.I've reintroduced the Elite content from the 1.0 into the 1.0.3 GOG (Steam) version.
I'm not sure if this is the only difference with the true 1.0.3 Elite, but if I test the content in the game and/or with the gallery unlock previously posted, it works and you have the alternate endings.
Extract to [somewhere on your disk]\Dreams.of.Desire.Definitive.Edition.v1.0.3.MULTi5-GOG and overwrite old files.

Umm forgive my ignorance but was there any content cut from steam release aside from text changes? I tried to search in this thread but saw only mentioning of changing dialogues and adding an intro scene explaining characters are not relatives
