A tip for you. In 99% of AVNs Landlady means mother. Roommate means sister. There is the odd ones where they actually mean landlady/roommate, but it's very rare.

how do I get mods to work

PC?

Make sure version of mod matches version of game.
Unzip the mod.
If it's a folder called 'game' put it in the "DreamsOfDesire..." folder.
If they are separate files, put them in the 'game' folder inside the "DreamsOfDesire..." folder.
Click overwrite if prompted.
Open Game and have fun.

It was one of my earliest games. I loved it then and I still love it now. Massive fan of Tracy. It's really cool to see people wanting to play it for the first time, despite it's age.

Hi there. I need some help. I loved this game at the time and with some nostalgia I decided to play it again. The problem I'm running into is that none of the "ipatches" seem to work. I've tried them all and I still get the "landlady/roomates" instead of Mom/sisters. Is there an ipatch that works with this latest version of the game? I'm not using any mods, just the ipatch.

I don't know. Just make a backup of all rpy in a zip and try to add the lain's mod.
