The only saves which are not backwards compatible that i know of are the ones for the Christmas standalone, otherwise you'll be fine.

don't worry... I delete the whole game before each update and the saves are still there

I see all these fine folk asking for saves. I got me some saves, but Im going to toss them in the air and replay the game from start to finish because I got me a find bottle of whisky and I dont plan on doing anything tomorrow. Going to make this into a drinking game.

So guys these are my saves from day 4 and on, i don´t exactly know which are which, you have to check them by console, i hope i can help with these since som many asked after saves
