I live in the EU too and Google asked me a couple of days ago to verify my age by sending them a photo, of course, I didn't send them anything but I can still watch the trailer on Youtube.

So far the changelog is that Definitive Edition will have proper 60fps animations and some new sex scenes. Including both DLC's, The Lost Memories and Holiday special.
