Man, that Trailer looks fucking awesome. DoD was my second AVN that I played back then and seeing the improvements the dev made got my hopes up skyhigh for an awesome experience. I'm really happy that it is available on Patreon too since I can't get it on steam. Nice work!

I have doubts the full game will be like this, i think its all just animated for the trailer, same with the voice acting.
the dubbing is sure that there will not be, unfortunately I also think that the game does not have the same animations as the trailer, if it had been so Lewdlab would have taken much longer (Dream of Desire is a long game with lots of erotic / sex), the animations will be much more basic and not everywhere

(Sorry for my bad english)

Im pretty sure only the sex scenes are going to be fully animated, people are going to be disappointed when they find out the final version won't be like what they saw in the trailer, but like a lot of game trailers they can be misleading.

Whoever complains about the trailer is because they never saw a VN trailer in their fucking life.

No one shows gameplays on a trailer. It's a trailer, it's supposed to sell and be attractive, VN gameplay isn't attractive. Devs have to resort to all sort of tricks to make a VN gameplay look attractive. Compared to other trailers I've seen, this one is super honest.

What intetest me is does all versions gonna be out in a same time?Steam version is gonna be unlocked in 6 hrs,so there will be plenty time for the hero to post it here. But Elite version is 40$ patreon only,so who knows when it will be out(i presume in a same time, but i didnt see that anybody confirm that)So we might get basic edition right away, but what for elite couple of days.

This is what he said yesterday in Discord: "There's no specific time for release. I had to give one to Steam down to the hour, but that's about it. I think sometime in the afternoon would be best. There will be a couple hours of difference between the steam and patreon release, I can say that much for sure. I think handling one release at a time would be best."

And this is what he said today: "Size 5.6 gigs. No set hour. What it displays on Steam is just an approximate, although I'm happy to report that only a handful of small bugs were discovered, which I'm fixing now. Those are only consist of adjusting a few lines of code, like an image having the wrong name in the code. Nothing major."

So no exact time set for the release, although it will be today.

And since so many people are always talking about the sequel for DoD, this is what he had to say about that: "I've thought about a sequel, but IF that ever happens, it will be far into the future. First I have to focus on Midnight Paradise, and when that's done, I'm sure I'll be developing a shorter game first."

Yeah, misleading the audience to believe the game is gonna be fully animated or voice acted. What a stand up guy.

So you are saying that NLT is also a stand up guy and misleading the audience, because he does the exact similar trailers for his games that are far beyond from what they actually look/are like? If somebody believes that AVN's would be fully animated or voice acted without any mention of it in the descriptions, then the shame is on those people.

tell me something: when steam version gets released do we need to wait for someone to crack it off of steam or can they just take the game folder and upload it to us right away like the Patreon releases?
