On Steam, right click, manage, view local files. The documents application will open, you convert all the contents of that folder into zip and upload it to a google drive, pass the link here and that's it

OK, you don't even need to do that at all, it really does just work if you copy and paste, no emulation required.

To be fair, it's a VN running on Ren'Py, I'd be surprised if any VN on Steam requires a .dll to run.
