The compressed version on the first page, 584MB version, downloaded it to view the CG but when you try to open in it Windows Photo Viewer, its says "Windows Photo Viewer cannot open this because the file appears to be damaged, corrupted, or is too large"

They are named.jpg , so the game code find them , but they are .webp image.
You need webp codec for windows , or compatible program , to see them.

Legit just go ending = 1 after killing Nora and you get the harem ending.

The images are in WEBP format. You'll need a codec to view it in Windows. Alternately, just open each image with Chrome.
