From the walkthrough. Thats just talking about if tracy lives or dies though? You need tracy alive to get any good ending, and you need 6 trust points with tracy + choosing to spend the day with tracy for her not to die according to my playtests.
I just noticed there is a bug fix patch for 12. I havent tried that yet. Does that change things?

I'm using the unskunked EP12 1.0.0 version. I can't recall but if you have any negative points towards the mother or Alice, it defaults to Tracy. If you have a perfect score, you get the harem ending and if Tracy is alive AND her score is lower then the Mom or Alice, you get one of those endings. If you chose more Dominating choices and Tracy dies, you get the corrupted ending.
I think someone mentioned that it was bugged and you couldn't get one of the endings because of it. I think the bug fix fixes that though.
Side note: I actually just used a save for the Harem and Mom ending since I played the game twice after getting 4/6 endings and couldn't trigger them.
Other side note: Mods, just let me know if this is technically a spoiler and I'll add them into a spoiler... thing. I'm not sure what warrants a spoiler when talking about the endings and how to get them
Proves that you need the bugfix. Because if you dont use the spell on marcus's mom in the library you get a game ending bug after nora, but only during the good ending..

Yeah there a few things like that. The dev did mention that there would be a bunch of bugs since they basically just released it when it was ready so we'll have to wait for an official bugfix in the (hopefully) near future.
Finally got the perfect ending, if someone is interested..
From what I'm getting is a partial use of the shard and her insecurities. Like with just the MC's shard, you can get people to do things or tell you things. So with that, why wouldn't the Order do the same with someone in the MC's family that's the most susceptible considering they needed the MC to actually summon up the final shard.
I notice that quite a few other people thought that Alice suddenly having joined the Order wasn't hinted at but I think it was the point. She didn't seem to have "joined" the Order, more tricked and manipulated with sweet words and... well magic.
Quick question for anyone playing on android. I have dl'ed many games but lately games like DOD are coming zipped and i don't know how to access them. Do i need another app than apk editor to open them?

1) You know you can just overwrite one of your saves with those, right? Right? Like, you only have to change the new save file name to one of yours, making sure to account for each page and slot (like 4-1 or 6-3, for example).

Those non canon scenes were the elite rewards for patreon supporters and at least the Tracy one was stated to be an optional scene for a one of the first Episodes I think, in which the MC could go to visit someone. I think the one who got voted was Mom (for the yoga scene), but I'm not too sure about that. I agree that the way they're placed is kinda jarring since the story just ended, but it's how it is...

And as a final note, lmao at the people complaining there's only two endings or just the bad one. Yeah, because Lewdlab didn't release a dev post before the release talking about the 6 endings at all... What's more, just a couple of posts below Pepe's own with the skunked version in page 790, @Seguidilla was kind enough to provide saves for all six endings
