Last two updates seemed way too rushed.

Same thing =( The decoupling of events is too simple and crumpled, and so the perfect harem ending causes a feeling of... indignation.
I did not have any joy! I immediately got an ending with mom, it smoothed out the impression, but... There's a lot of work, it looks good, but plot...

I did almost everything right but I don't get the good ending.
2 main things are keeping Tracy alive (6 trust point) and don't cast the spell on Marcus's mom right? The only thing I didn't do is dating lil sister.

So did not. I just went through the game today, vanilla relations, initially not going to a date at an ice cream shop, but choosing a trip with mom. After playing from the place of choice with whom to spend the day, I got the best ending with a harem. And quickly flipped through early progress, where the hike, got the ending with mom.
Read the walkthrough, and do everything that there is for 1-11 episodes. Where you can get points of trust instead of points of lust - choose the first. Between the compliment to Mom or Alice, choose the last one.

UPDATE This is mom ending. Dating with Alice most important for harem ending.

I dont have a game file in the game folder. The only game file I can find is inside the renpy folder. They are game.py and game.pyo. Any suggestions?

What do you mean it doesn't help. It tells you how to get everyone to a good state that would get you a good ending besides Aby. I hope he adds her too.
