In these episodes tracy will go off the MC's path and her own thing.that probably means
1.a lot of lesbo action with eliana and nota
2.maybe sex with the MC with tracy's pov
3.action with other male characters.
3 is very likely imo.i mean shit she is a mega hot young chick and she has already revealed she got in contact with a dick or two in freshman camp.how are people gonna handle this and how will the doctor handle the lewd scenes?
On Windows you should be fine, RenPy saves are additionally stored in a hidden folder and you should be able to load your game if you extract episode 12 at the same location on your drive.
If not or just to be safe, you can copy your saves from your old savegame folder and paste them into the new one.
Aside from a dream or fantasy sequence we will not see Tracy having sex with the MC, they had their first time during the main game.

We already know that ep.1 will be before the main game.
Ep.2 will be maybe around the tan studio event.
Ep.3 will be around the sex with Tracy.
So my guess is we won't see any action between Tracy and other males.
There will be probably some HJ,BJ,sex with her brother from her POV.
I have the feeling we probably will see the droped event-pool party with Tracy and other girls/some lesbo action/.
