That's what i found as well but the voice and melody is not the same. Thanks anyways, I got the song from game files but beside the name that i am not even sure is the orig one, there is nothing on it.

Okay i have to say i'm lost, what is the song when the MC sits on the stairs with jasmin and Julie, in his home at night?

I tried searching for the lyrics, that gives me ShawnJames-Hellhound but neither the singer nor half the lyrics fit (there is way more in the song in the game), then i went ahead and used UnRen to unpack the thing and check out the song that way, i found it but its just named Hellhound2 and thats it...searching for Hellhound on Youtube and Spotify also doesn't give me a single version which sounds close apart from the Shawn James version...is this some kind of mashup?

I went down the same rabbit hole just now. Did you ever find the version that's in the game? That Shawn James song is just not the same and inferior to the one in the game.

Heeeeeey, guys! What's up?!

I'm still feeling pretty rough. For those who don't know, I posted a quick note on Discord saying I was pretty sick and I was trying to get some rest. But I think I'm feeling well enough to post here.

I'm gonna make this dev log brief. I want to write a proper dev log later on, but I'm making this one real quick just so you guys stay in the loop and you all see some progress. So I'll leave the previews for later this or next week.

My progress was a bit slow this past couple of weeks, especially because the time I was able to concentrate was reduced due to this stupid headache. But I'm improving and things are returning to normal bit by bit.

Haven't expanded the scope this time (Still considering adding Lila though)

I don't have a deadline yet. But I'm a bit confident we'll have an update in a few weeks.

Mostly, yeah. The last two updates have had some Lila/Asuna content and Jasmine/Julie content, respectively though, so I think the kids are getting more attention.

In a way Sophia is the mama bear to everyone - albeit a mom who can both sneak in through an upstairs window, kill a dozen people and rescue you from your kidnappers, then perform surgery to heal your inuries then once you're all better slap you around for being dumb enough to get caught but still mamma bear.

Heeeeeey, guys! What's up?!
This week's been productive. As you all know, I love making renders just for small expressions and subtle changes in how the characters are feeling and expressing themselves. Every now and then, a single render showing one eyebrow raised can express that a character either isn't buying what you're saying or is getting confused. One render showing frowning eyebrows can show anger or dissatisfaction. You get the picture.

Eyebrows and eyes were already perfect to mess with. But now I've managed to add more bones to the engine—not only for the body, but especially for the lips and other facial structures. This makes my job a LOT easier in showing how the characters express themselves. And I no longer have to spend hours in post-processing for lip biting (YES!). I don't know if you can see the differences in these previews—you might have to open the images in a different tab in your browser and zoom in. And I'm not necessarily saying they're better or worse this way. But that now I have more freedom to explore and make the characters feel more alive.

For example, it might be just me, but I REALLY like this lip biting render of Jasmin.

Anyway, this was just a test render for the scene. A lot more tweaking is still needed.
IMHO, it really adds to the characters' charm. Here are some other examples:

Julie's was probably the most noticeable one. A bit of twisting and tweaking her lips and adjusting her nasolabial muscles is enough to change the expression from worried to disgusted/confused. I love this, especially now that with more nuanced expressions, every player might get a different impression of what's going on. And I REALLY love that.

Honestly, however this next update goes I hope it doesn't end in another unnecessary cliffhanger.

I'm a bit tired of cliffhangers getting resolved very quickly the following update, if he continues to go with them atleast I hope he spaces them out a bit more.

no he wants to speak with both at the same time so it's two, otherwise, it could imply that he wants to talk to Asuna in private too. She came back to MC and Jasmin talking in private after all. He is precise in what he says and his intentions.

Dev Log. 2025-07-24

Heeeeeey, guys! What's up?!
As I said on Discord, my connection is sucking hard lately. I wasn't able to post the dev log last Saturday. My connection is still awful, but I managed to upload ONE image! Yay!
Also, if I haven't responded to you on Discord, it's probably because I tried three times and none of my messages went through, so I gave up! But I've read it, and I'll respond when I'm able to.
So, I'll be quick with this dev log, as I'm trying not to give any spoilers. But boy, this Jasmin's scene is REAAAAAALLY long. Most of the update is her, then Asuna and Ashley, then a bit of Lila and Lori, a little less of Ava, Julie, and Sophia. But Jasmin's relationship is the one that's been most developed in this update, that's for sure.

We're almost ready for the update. It won't be this month, but early August is almost certain. Probably by August 9th, I hope.
