Steam seems to be feeling the breath of competitor sites, because they loosened their puritan family policies a bit. Unfortunately it is a bit too late for some releases already done, like "If my Heart had wings", which have to be restored with patches searched over the whole net, but newer stuff like "Nekonin" or "The ditzy Demons..." have the 18+ patches directly in the DLC area.
But I doubt gummy can smuggle the incest stuff in easily. Some devs are quite creative in flying under the radar, but since gumdrop is a greedy selfcencored, I am sure the 18+ patch will be an expensive DLC. (if gumdrop works on the game at all)
And sometimes (rarely) Steam is innocent. Moenovel is a firm which translates Japanese games and prides itself on family friendly, what a bunch of puritan bigots. For these guys even the "Biene Maja" is too hardcore. e.g. their english release of "If my heart..." is so shreddered that the unofficial 18+patch is about a gigabyte! Even kiss scenes were butchered.
The Devs of "ditzy demons..." instead restore the full game with their own 18+patch.
