Well, it's better to try than tell
since it's pretty hard to describe those with words tbh, but as cxx said, both seemingly created while high on some serious drugs. Both Dollhouse and L'Esperienza are DF's... standalone addons or "games" i guess Kyle calls it. At least they use DF's characters. Dollhouse is pretty much fuck-fest "love&sex simulation", in that you choose your "doll" and watch videos of them fucking in different poses. And L'Esperienza described as "two animation focused games in one", some kinda drug induced stories in desert (gold woman) and winter (cold woman), with animations at the end of chapter. Far simpler to describe both as Kyle's hallucigenic trips after all I would guess as long as sheep pays, good ol' dev will stay alive just like skeleton from his wet dreams.

Has he stopped updating these little side games as well? Or do people just not care enough to upload the updates here?
Exactly, Kyle release those sometimes for his cult but nobody cares enough to upload that shit here (also there's Gumdrop website that acts kinda like patreon, so some of his followers get stuff here). KROM shares some pictures from patreon, it's on prev page.

All you have to do is go to patreon to see that something is released on some kind of basis.
There are fewer than 100 people who are subscribers on their patreon. Those that subscribe are probably true believers who, if they do subscribe at the outrageous prices ($20 to $75 USD per month), probably don't feel like sharing anything on here. It may be their opinion if they're willing to spend those amounts for what they are getting, that others should, too.

I don't understand why isn't the developer releasing any public update? It's been more than a year despite him releasing random renders on patreon .. And what about L'esprenzia is it related to the main game ? Can someone briefly explain?
He's pretty much known as a scammer.
Also it's not. It's part of his....whatever the hell thing (LSD trips as people call it).

This day I had a hope, he would create a greate game - but finally Gumdrop stopped the progress at part 1 and began that Part 2 -nonsense.

I don't get it - pages and pages of people saying there is nothing here to see, and yet people come to find a way to see the nothing because they think if they look, they'll see something where there is nothing.
It would be like telling people - do not eat this food that is in the trash. It is in the trash for a reason... and then people reach into the trash and try to eat the food while there is good food everywhere else they can have. What goes on in people's minds?
Also, before someone says "I don't read any posts, I simply go to the first post." Why? Just Why? Do you simply pick up a piece of food you see on the ground and stick it in your mouth before you take a moment and look around to see if what you are doing makes sense? Hopefully not. And you should do the same before downloading anything from anywhere - read the first post and at least scan the last page or two or three of a thread to see if anything is worth your time before wasting it.
I just played the game .....did the son kiss the mother only 1 time and there is nothing else or i am missing something?
What is in these pool leaspierenze dollhouse versions? They are also huge in size so I want to know what's in them before downloading

You missed nothing. Except for the hundreds of warnings in this thread that there was nothing in this title.
