It's a prequel for the first part it gives you context play it if you want to know about the history and nothing else

In this game The Mc either has Amnesia, or he is drunk, or dreaming, or everything together at the same time.
This way dev is potected and he can do whatever he wants with the story, wich he is already doing. I wouldn't recommend playing this game, it doesn't reach the blueball level. Wait until 2025, maybe then the thing will be worth.

Ok let me ask y’all this if y’all can change anything about this game what would it be and why?
The only thing that could resurrect this dud would be to return to and complete the original story line, which perished over two years ago. Even something sane and close would work. But DO NOT hold your breath. That is something that is quite likely to never happen. And, as many others have said before me, it's almost moot at this point. Game development is evolving so quickly whatever masterpiece he might be able to miraculously produce may end up being a bit of a snore. S'cuse me, a have to go make some more popcorn. 
It's not a game, it's a series of work-in-progress scenes that were sold off to the highest bidder and are now haphazardly connected through a dream sequence type hub.

Because we F95 longtimers find it super funny! I am here mostly for the bits and posts flying around, less for the game. Gumdrop is a king of the scammers or he went towards a greeting relationship with reality, going by DF 2.

cause it isn't against f95 rules to have games made by scammers (if was then i could name 3 devs whose games wouldn't be here).

First, were you satisfied or frustrated with what you have seen so far up to 1.05.0ce? If you wished there was more, there is no reason to continue because there is not anything "more" in Part II except more frustration for you.
Second, the solution to your problem is found in the OP if you wish to continue into a developer's self indulgence and dreams of grandiosity, because no one gets laid in Part II. Only the player gets fucked.
