Well since the custom edition finally got posted and I've finished it time to post my opinions. A lot of people here have been complaining about the lack of progress/content on the son's side of the game compared to the father's. This hasn't been a problem for me so far because I'm mainly interested in the father-daughter route and consider the son-mother stuff a bonus to play after I've played the father's side. But in addition to that point if the latest edition is any indication the son's story is the one where it's gonna be harder to avoid unnecessary dramatic bullshit.
No matter what choices I made on the son route, at the end of this latest update I get the scene of the father asleep on the couch and your cousin naked and attempting to do something to father and being caught by the aunt and given the choice to warn dad or do nothing. Playing the father route on the other hand I'm guessing the choice of whether or not to drink with your sister-in-law in the hot tub effects what you get at the end. Not drinking get's a scene where you lay on the couch and think/talk to yourself and it ends on Karen lurking near by naked but not doing anything yet. Drinking get's a scene from the father's point of view of the scene from the son's route. So yea if the son's route is going to be the one of unavoidable soap opera level dramatic crap I care even less for it now.
