Yeah. Most milf interested people probably do it for June, but I could not care less about her.
The other characters are also good. Compared to most other games the dev implemented quite a complex system how to unlock certain events (at least compared to other games).
It's a shame he is nowhere to be found anymore, he really put his soul into this.

Girls are amazing but there is absolutely no content for the two main ones, so I would avoid the frustration.

Well, there's a couple of games or stories with the same scenario (younger and older roommate, landlady, hot neighbor), but I haven't seen yet one with similar char development (you can decide how the relationships evolve) and event dependencies.
Of course there are some where you would choose between a love and corruption route. I found this one however to stand out.
