Every subject has a set of rules that determines whether they'd do a task (and get the meal) or not. If they reject a task, there should be dialogue that suggests what attribute you need to focus on before they'd perform a task.Anyone know why Karen is skipping her meals ?
I'm not 100% sure how I'd go down this path. Whilst the advancement path is pretty common in these type of games, I'm curious if there's another approach to it.Other (sex) games for instance showcase this submission/training with increasingly advanced sexual options, but the sexual content is this game is kind of limited and I'm not sure if the developer is even going down that route.
Good idea! I'll look into itputting a brief description of each stat there would be nice.
This part I want to leave to players to experiment with and understand. The aim is to have each character behave differently, and part of the gameplay is to figuring out the relationships between the stats. For example with Karen:Karen's hope stat was also not very well explained (and in what way is it different than resistance?). Hunger as well, I think the idea is that they're more open to doing things when really hungry, but I wasn't sure to what extent.
This is a tricky one that I've addressed before. Ultimately I have to either keep them separated or make them "combos". I'm thinking you can get an idea of what your subject's like based on what makeup / outfit they choose by keeping them separate. Again if I feel there's definitely value in changing this, I will-Feels a little weird you can either suggest clothes OR make-up. Splitting them up would feel more natural so you can choose both, or integrate them with the costumes so the skimpier ones automatically use sultry make-up and regular clothes use simple make-up.
Ooh, I'll check this!-Speaking of make-up, I think both of Anna's make-up options are the same? I tried to compare them a few times and couldn't see a difference, so might be a bug.
Thank you, I'll continue to build on the feedbacks I'm getting, but I'm a bit slow on development at the moment until I go full time at this!Don't get me wrong though, this game is heading in a good direction and I mostly liked it. The models look good, writing's decent, UI is clean, I like little things like the integration of hotkeys (few games care about this) and color-coded names in chat, and judging by the developer's posts here, I'm looking forward to next versions.
can someone help please with how to trigger the karen/catherine makeout scene please?
Who are you struggling with? There're some posts earlier in the thread that discusses both Catherine and Karen. The third character should be straight forward though.damn i cant have the 100% programing

Thankyou, had a second playthrough with some different options and figured it had something to do with that.
Awesome game, just found it today and will be looking forward to future updates. The writing is great, love the clothing system, i wish more games would incorporate dress up systems into them.
andWell, anyone may help me with this game.
I tryed best to get Catherine programmed, but no way to make it 30 days.
As soon she refused something, I went back one step and took the earlier option again until she accepted.
Though, I ran out of time and had her programmed about 50% at day 30.
Maybe a walkthrough for the steps would be nice, means, what to do at which percentage, so ppl can play fine.
By now, this is just a boring "skip-one-hour-and-over" or "reload-reload-reload" game with a little bit softerotic.
I dont mind about grinding a bit, but at grind games, I know what to do and dont need to search really evry single minor step for hours.
There's a hint toggle in preferences that brings up hints of new dialogue options when they're available. I'll make it a pop up in the future so you get to set it at the beginning of the game.I'd like to suggest to have some kind of hint when there is a new talk-option available. On my first play-through of Catherine with 3.2.3 patch I never noticed that I can suggest the cloth and modeling options (which makes it almost impossible to finish). You can also just block the advance of time like when you do for the food-poisoning talk and instead display something like "I better to with Karen." each time the player tries to advance time.
I'd also suggest to skip the whole calendar thing and just display a Day 1/30 (or just Day 1 in Karens case).
I'd also love some explanations for the effects of contentment, hunger, ...
I'm afraid not due to major changes to the game. Future releases most likely won't work with old saves either, as there's a fair bit of stuff about the subjects that are being saved and altered at the moment as I refine the mechanics. I will however add the "skip day" option from the start in a future version.old saves dont work? i tried loading them and it throws a lot of errors..
Could you elaborate please?Fuck i can't
Could you be more specific please?everytime i program her is game over
