DLSite reviews definitely tend to skew higher than F95 (fewer 1 star review bombs at least) so 4.32 is lower than what most major releases would get.
Though I had a quick scan through the reviews and it seems like there's a weirdly large amount of 4 star Chinese reviews. I've never actually looked at the reviews on DLSite before though so I don't know if that's common

Yes, it is. Japanese users on DLsite are extremely generous and basically rate everything 5/5. Games with below 4.5 score usually suck from my experience.

And normally I'd ask "why play a game with NTR in it just to avoid it", but in this case at least, only working on the assumption it works even remotely similar to the Leane games, it is still absolutely worth playing.

From what I've heard there is one unavoidable NTR scene right now, though the dev might patch it to make it avoidable in the future (Kind of like what happened with Leane 2)
