Does anyone know how to do the mine quest? the right elevator is at B5 therefore when I fall I go the B4, on the guides that I've seen on the internet they mention the elevator being on B3 so they fall to B2

Lower your affection and don't sleep in same room.
The only sure way of lowering affection seems to be feeding her food she dislikes, and you're limited to 3/day.
But when I did it after a while of grinding she seemed to start loosing affection from not sleeping together, and cheated faster than the guide said.
Either way, the scene is very short, at least for the elf, and didn't feel worth the effort.

I managed to do it wothout lowering my wife affection much.
-> There's a lingerie type cloth, forgot its name (wife something). I found it on hell dungeon.
Wear it, then sleep in a different room when her lust is high.

You need bomb and torch or party member with torch spell but you can get both items from orcs guarding the hideout and go to the widest room to fight orc army

Not the best NTR not gonna lie. You have to treat your wife like trash so it doesn't feel like NTR truly, otherwise she's faithful.

It's even more hilarious in hindsight because the alignment we took at the beginning of the game. in the end, doesn't really affect the personality of the main character we are playing. It's just there to give the game a more familiar system to Wizardry.

Ironically its easeir to do after blue NTR I believe. After blue joins you the second tiem each time she sleeps with blue the affection point drops quite a lot. She also gives birth to Blue's kid iirc at development 100% based on what people said in either here or the discussion thread.
