Sorry if someone talk about this, I search but don't see nothing about. Some good soul can tell me if this game will have some update in future? I like this game and want to know about this. Another thing... the rank goes only to 2 stars? So sad =/

The "balance mod" fixes this (you will have to start a new game)

Balance mod hotfix, fixing a bug that would happen when the mark of lust is triggered
D/L is in the quoted post (you put this into the game's folder and run it)

May 29th was the last time the dev interacted with this thread.
Irrelevant. Plenty of game devs openly pander for money/subs and then POOF, gone. That's why the abandoned tag is issued after 18mon. Chloe18 dev was one, where I got into an argument with him and I told him people had no reason to give him a dime until he showed us he was going to actually update the game.

If we're being honest, it's damn impressive to drag out 18mon between updates at this point. Even when you look at the biggest devs out there that are taking 15-18mon per update now, DPC's character model quality has fallen off of a cliff on top of adding a bunch of repetitive mini games that no one wants while we get virtually no development in the actual story. Ocean is learning new software, which means he's redoing and fucking up all of his character models bodies even when he gets the faces right. So, in short, more time in the oven is leading to a decline in quality bc it gives the devs the opportunity to overthink and over-scrutinize everything.

Even if you're doing development part time, which most are, you can't justify going from 3mon per update to bloating your dev time to 18mon+. That's like giving your Door Dash driver a fat cash tip after he forgets he picked up your order, leaves it sitting in his car for 5hrs before finally delivering it. You're still proving a good/service, I have every right to expect you to behave in a professional manner and deliver as agreed upon.

He just asked when the last update was, don't think I'm defending the dev when pretty much all of my comments on this game are grievances with the dev time. My last comment was praising the balance mod for doing something in place of the dev. Annoyingly he isn't either siphoning money from idiots either as BMAC doesn't give any game updates, he's just radio silent for some fucking reason.

They gotta become like me fr, take no money so people don't feel scammed when I just finish a game mid-dev because my motivation is gone.

That doesn't work when there is a dev team. People need to get paid for their work, even if it's just motivation for them to work.
Also, When your games get 80 people looking at them, they don't care. But when you have a big audience of over 200 yeah there will be some backlash to your games updates being absent.

from what i know, this game has no dev team. it's one guy, which is why i was forgiving of the whole 3 months to update thing. but 18 months is...yikes. he's basically just cut and run, popping his head in occasionally to say "oh don't worry guys i'm working on it!" when he is, in fact, not working on it.

from what i can gather, the only worthwhile thing this game brings to anyone's table is the ability to add your own waifus if you want them. that's it. that's literally it. it could, of course, be so much more than that, but lo and behold it isn't

Why are people talking about money in this thread and about getting scammed?
The dev doesn't have any sort of patreon or get's monthly paid, the dude just does it for fun in his free time if he feels like it, that's it.
I'm kinda confused.
