hello, in case you still have the problem, the same thing happened to me... the way my case was solved was through the energy configuration, if you have it set to economize, change to balanced. I hope it is the same case.

Use sleeping potion on her then explore the dungeon without waking her up(do not rest), the event will happen eventually

Just set your power settings to balance or best power efficiency, not maximum performance

so I just download the game today. The main game from op is version 1.1.0.7, and the update/fixed doesn't seem to mention any version. Installation instruction wording make it sound like the main download at the time is just v1.0, and need to apply update/fixed every time there is an update. Is that still true? What is the update/fixed?

She needs to be asleep, you can have that happen by getting into one of the traps that puts you both to sleep, and not wake her up by attacking anyone. Forget if there was a potion that also puts her to sleep.
Problem is more that you need Monica asleep, then the right path to get to meeting the adventurer.

I'm having an issue that I hope someone can point me to a fix. I just encountered a random event leaving the dungeon that inflicted my character with 100 corruption and Monica dragged me out. This event led to her helping me masturbate to ejaculate all the corruption out. Problem is after the event, the fapping sounds persisted and even after I closed the game and started it back up, it's still there.

I tried entering dungeon, changing menus, all sorts of stuff and it's still there. Solutions?

I had that problem too.
After searching around i found where the fapping sound came from, someone was hiding in my closet -.-
