it's impossible, cause you need sex every after you return from dungeon otherwise you'll stay with high corruption and you'll inevitably fail and get NTR-ed instead

If you complete once, start a new game/+. She is down stair in the inn. Talk to everyone again. She not going to say straight forward "want to unlock?", but you can infer

The luck stat is what helps with this. Just select gear based on that and you should be okay.

Farm lower lvl for a bit. Gear up. Later on you will get to event floor that give luck stat.

check your invent, use them like a potion.
example : you find/buy regeneration, go to items, find it in there, use, select MC or Monica for them to learn.
can't remember if they have to be equipped, as I prefer the path of breast milk induced super stats.
