Can vouch, no content was removed from the game Steam Version. Only translation. MAYBE they changed some text from the fan translation, but 90% sure it's just an official translation. (Played the Steam Version yesterday)

Usually with japanese games it means decensored and official translation.
steam version is official translation, you might want to replay the entire game to see if anything is different, you might notice something others might not see
do you know if the game has many rpg fights and is it a good game or not the reviews were kind mixed
i havent play the game in long time, but there are some rpg fights when the character does missions
Any hidden sex in this? I think I remember playing the Japanese version, but I can't recall the specifics... something like one choice per corruption path, interspersed with typical RPG stuff? I think the scenes always happen when you're off training or something...
This view is correct and incorrect. Any game that is natively complete on steam will be required to fix their content to meet their guidelines; arcane as it is. Games with patches posted outside of steam usually don't have any content modified (outside of decensoring). Usually comes down to the publisher, Saikey and Kagura Games tend to always post content patches while some other publishers either post the patch on steam or just provide the complete game.
Bog standard NTR game. The 'avoidable' part of the NTR just makes it into a game where absolutely nothing happens.

very true. thats one of the major reasons why i hate it/NTR in games but im fine with it story wise like in doujins.

Mehh worst type of ntr rpg. I enjoy the challenge in preventing stuff, or letting it happen if i so choose, but also working towards the good end.
