Considering how few scenes there are where the MC actually gets to use his dick for the intended purpose I doubt it would be that complicated tbh and considering that the trend for the game is going further down even after being caged there aren't a lot more options. Just hinting at it already sets the game in guro territory and the increasing ntr is a pretty clear signal that the game is simply the story of their extended suicide, culminating in them being made into a eunuch whether mentally, physically or both.

A castration, no matter how clean, is grotesque by definition and fits in with the intent. Sexualizing an act of castration furthermore makes it guro. I think you and I are having very different conversations considering the enthusiasm you seem to have for the topic, whereas I'm rather unhappy the game has decided that it will continue to have the MC circle the drain towards the worst possible outcomes rather than allowing any sort of positive content. It was, I suppose, foolish of me to think otherwise when literally almost all of them end up like this but thems the breaks I suppose
I gave up at v.10 since there appears to be VERT little content added in each update.
