Is the game complete with partially completed trans or what? There is no complete tag and its v1.0.

I'd say it's bad but not incomprehensible. The "translator" went over the MTL and edited it. Unfortunately, he doesn't know Japanese and isn't good at English, which is not always exactly the combo you want in a Japanese-English translator. For example, he isn't aware that "anus" is a word, so the girls keep getting things put in their "anal".
You can mostly understand what's going on, though, so if you're not picky about the quality it's playable!
Why does this look like a knockoff Symphogear? It's basically Hibiki and Miku.

not the fault of the people. its up to the uploaders to pack it right. so instead of constantly telling people how to "correctly" unpack games like this, maybe lets tell the uploaders how to correctly pack them in the first place?
That argument only applies if the uploader actually packed it wrong, which they didn't as the archive is fully functional as-is. Something they did do wrong, however, is not specifying that the archive needed said setting or a locale change in the installation notes (not that it'd have prevented any posts about it not working, since nobody reads or follows those anyways).

just change system locale to japanese restart and extract it with 7-zip
after extracting you can change system locale back to play it

Huh? You sure you select line "add 7-zip to windows something" when installed it?
In any case, you can open archive with 7-zip using "open using..." line (you should manually specify path to the 7-zip installation folder). Or just drag and drop archive to 7-zip executable/link.

i didnt play this game yet and i didnt read through every post. so i dont wanna lean out of the window too much. but IF you need to change your locale just to unpack the game, then yes, the uploader fucked up.
now, changing locale to PLAY certain games is a whole other story. but if you need to change locale just to UNPACK the game then he fucked up.
most likely packed the game in jap locale, which screws over all non jap locale users.

I know that word but it doesn't feels right to me, prolly because almost every english hentai I've seen never used that word, most of the time they just use ass, but sure, I'll use that word instead next time. (I admit my grammar isn't the best, atleast I still try to fix any out of context words from your normal, daily, pure mtl nonsense)
also : my translations preference would be "pure until mentioned", meaning it won't have your usual porn wordings on innocent-like girls
Funny that I've yet to see anyone has this problem on my other translations (prolly one or two but you get the idea), so idk why this issue suddenly became a major thing. I just moved from winrar to 7zip because the possible problem with packing the files which turns out it's actually not winrar's problem, maybe that's the problem? idk, need to test that if I ever translate another game.

I mean, unpacking in JP locale is and should be more or less the default thing to do with these kind of games, it's made by JP, its file name is in JP, it makes sense that if your PC doesn't have JP set as locale or something similar it gonna fuck up trying to read moonrune file name

yea i dont exactly know why thats a thing. and if its only related to 7zip or not. im only using 7zip not winrar or anything else, so no idea.
all i know is this: if someone fucks up the packing, all i need to do is to change to jap locale, unpack the game, then change back to my normal local, PACK the game and upload it. and suddenly other people can unpack it too without the need to change their locale.
