You don't need a full save. When you reach the point where you can move freely, go to the gallery area and there will be an npc that'll unlock all content.
I'm starting to think we might need to translate it. It's been about 8 months and the last few times was only 2-3 for them to translate.
They've announced like 4 different projects, so expect longer wait times from now on. At least they gave some sort of news on a translation.
