Without beating around the bush...I just dont think this game is very good right now. The sex scenes are pretty bad, just one or two still pictures per scene, without actually showing any sex just a top down or something. The gameplay is some of the worst free roam I have seen in a game. There are 2342 different locations that don't do a damn thing and you have to find where the character you want to talk to is hanging out.

technically not but falls somewhat under fair use. marvel or dc doesn't care much since it's not that big thing (justice league unlimited was different thing since name was same as dc used).

What's is the "black cat quest" name you are referring to?
The pool party you need to call Emma Frost. Just click on the telephone button on the top bar.

If it is that's a random quest. You have to walk around the Safehouse B until the event triggers.
Yup its the quest . Walked around save house for 5-6 game days but nothing happened

totally puzzled again, can't tell to girls that they can attend to esu (talked to maria hill about it and she said ok) and can't call any1 and no1 has visited in safehouse b (spent few days waiting) so either those aren't in game yet or missing something not that obvious.

poker game is still bugged a bit, played with gwen and used raise and got renpy error, 2nd attempt went well since didn't use raise.

No, unfortunately, there is nothing fair use here, our dear dev is making money out of it (funding via donations also count!) so if he gets a take down notice sent to him (or to patreon or where ever he gets his funding/host the game from (including here) it will be taken down and in extreme cases, be sued for copyright as well as trademark infringement.
All this said, he is safe as long as he keeps it a low profile and prays that the trademark/copyright owners ignore him like they did for 2 long years.

And they most likely paid to use the IP, which they can allow. You can make parodies and products with it, if you have a contract for it, like how EA publishes SW and Marvel games. I doubt Kapparu has one though. In this case, Kapparu is using a copyrighted brand that belongs to someone else, without having a permit for that, and makes profit off it.

Disney bought Marvel in 2009. The first Avengers porno (there are sequels) was released in 2012.
Do you REALLY think Disney is going to license the Avengers to Vivid to make a porno? NO FUCKING WAY!
Vivid has done Avengers, X-Men, Superman and Spider-Man. Maybe more. Did they get licenses from Marvel, Sony, DC and Fox? I seriously doubt it. (Yes, Marvel owns the Spider-man rights now, but Fox held them when Superman vs Spider-Man was released in 2012.)
Then there's the last paragraph of this PR statement:
