Enjoy it and then run, run!
This might just be me being insane as usual but I have this feeling after playing certain VNs that BC, was at least doing or is still doing 3-4 games under 3-4 different names. Don't quote me on this, you might end up in an asylum as I did
Aha I thought this a while back too since the themes and how they are approached are very similar in a lot of ways I felt like. I don't know about the 3-4 but the one I was thinking of has funnily enough been banned from here for shit-talking some mod or something lol. Dunno if he got unbanned but I guess the mods/admins may be the only people that could figure out if they were the same person just posing under different names.

Either way, this games dead and hopefully their future projects under different names if it's true ends up dying as well if they really are being shady and disingenuous (which BlueCat absolutely is on this front).

Grrr.. Sigh. I downloaded the full week 1 file (GoFile) which was over 17GB! and then it wouldn't extract, saying there's an error with the 'archive.ii'. I used Winrar and 7zip.

Welp really hoping the dev continues this eventually... but not gonna put too much hope into it. There are definitely a lot more games that I can be playing while waiting for something that might never happen. Still.... this game is a 10/10 for me, sucks that the dev "abandoned" it.

Damn this new product is just hitting the market huh? Scummy must have had early access to that, maybe he was alpha testing it for everyone. Maybe it has a fatal flaw though.. haven't seen him around in a while! :ROFLMAO:

Memes aside I wonder if he still supports bluecat after all this time.

I don't know if he still supports Bluecat but I do know that he is currently supporting another milker. Braindrop. The developer of WVM. There were screenshots of him defending that milker in that Discord.

Some people never learn. Would be curious to see those screenshots. Might put a smirk on my face.

Btw, this might be quite a bit late, but anyone know why in the FanMerge the option to make Ina stay bugs out and just makes her go dance regardless? Been trying to figure out how to get around it since I really enjoy her route.

Looks like a lot of the default variables in the merged version were changed from False to True for some reason. Choosing "Suzuka stays" sets the d6d12 variable to True, and "Ina stays" sets d6d13 to True. In the unmerged version both of these have default values of False (in game\Days\extra\day_define.rpy), but in the fan merge d6d12 has a default of True. And then since the game checks if d6d12: before d6d13, you get put on the Suzuka staying path regardless of what you chose.

I am surprised something like that slipped through, not sure if it was something included in the hotfix I made after but I think that was another edge-case bug. I guess when you're going through so many lines it was just one of those that did slip through. It was probably a result of working backwards and a newer file having that particular flag changed for some reason or it was just something I missed among the thousands of lines I went through.

I imagine it's probably something you can override if you bring up the console in the game and work around it that way? Otherwise someone else could make a small patch for it I'm sure.

Ah, I see what happened. The dev changed those defaults in the Day 8-14 version (and carried forward into the later versions).
