I don't know the context of your comment, but isn't Japan the best place to continue this game without going to jail? In another country in the world Dev would go to jail as happened recently in Norway where a person was sentenced to 3 years in jail just for playing an eroge game

He was sentenced for sharing RL material. Only playing the game would have seen him having to pay a fine.
