A question about the scenes: I saw that losing sometimes gives a rape scene, and sometimes there are options that give an additional scene (like deciding to flash the breasts to the ghost). Are those available elsewhere or do I have to savescum to see everything?

There's only a handful of Scenes with defeat scenes, and you can buy these scenes in game.
the game has 54 Scenes in this version and only about 3 - 5 are Defeat scenes
Ghost, Tentacle monster in the sewers, defeated by homeless and the drug store are the ones I remember from the top of my head,
There are other scenes like being defeated by the gang leader in the sewers, but you can opt for a variant with masamaru,
For the tentacle monster, you can just let it grab you. Same with the ghost.

I am using a bus.
What I mean is inside a map, having to cross whole map for usually a single action (job, quest, store) takes about 5 minutes irl throughout in game day with checking the other sections for possible events and stuff. Multiply that by 20 days and almost two hours from my first playthrough before NG+ have been spent holding an arrow key for 20 seconds.
Then add to that bus costing 120$ per ride with a few rides a day, meaning early game using it is annoying vs the money earned and spendings (weapons, armor, items, debt, etc.). With 4 rides per day it's 4x120=480, for the first week that's 7x480=3360, about an additional day of income at this stage.

Could we possibly get a "combat" tag or "turn-based combat" for RPGM games?
That usually ruins a RPGM game for me and I'd like to be able to avoid it in the future.

There are actually tags for both normal and turn-based combat, though I'm not quite sure why this game isn't tagged with them.
