How do you use characters that consume a lot of TP like Yasumin. After using her boost skill that cost 60 TP, she is left with only 2 more turns to maintain her Ex form.

Pregnancy requires completing the series of events in the brothel, which is quite far into the game. After you do that, pregnancy is guaranteed.

Pretty much all "ammo" shows up in the dedicated shops. IIRC Kratovina and (maybe) the Beach both sell it.

High TP-cost skills aren't really meant to be spammable. You charge up TP in trash battles and when you get to the boss you smash their face with a strong one-off ability. There are TP-charging items, but farming them is slow so you probably don't want to rely on them.
(Obviously except people with MP-to-TP skills)

Do you need a special key item or something? Is this "post-game"?
I'm just before the last(?) fight in the fifth fort and wanted to know if these were doable before progressing.

Yes, they are.
For the desert town quest, you need to help the other 3 Lani mercenaries in their respective quests.
1) The tentacle cave, the one in which you meet Anita.
2) You have to hunt all the red monsters near Kratovina.
3) You have to kill all the white slimes in the water dragon cave. That cave is unlocked if you find Ryou in Enishi village. To find Ryou, you have to talk to the shikigami plasted in the wall outside the medic's house in Enishi village, but you need to have recruied Touju and Tsuzura.

The one in the mining town, I don't remember. I unlocked it naturally before the postgame chapter.

Thanks for the help, I was just missing the squirrel partner who I hadn't recruited.
I had every other requirement pretty much.

Don't know what level the accessory shop in the base needs to be though you need to figure that one yourself since mine was maxed when I found out

You need lvl 3 or the ornament artisan.

If you're doing the post-game quest you shouldn't be teleporting anymore

There's a path deeper into the area, after doing things there you'll get to come back to these elemental barriers and go through

that's the thing, I'm in the northern limit cave and the only 3 paths I can take are the two that lead to the portals which I obviously can't access yet, and one with a chest in it. Do I have to explore someplace else to then come back to the northern limit cave, or is there something I'm missing?

You're definitely missing something, specially because there's actually three 'portals' and the path to the end of the cave is really close to the last one.

Battle buffs are great, but only show its full worth when you are underleveled. They are useful at the proper level and a complete waste of time when you are overlevled.
With battle buff, you can defeat the secret boss that is stronger than the final story boss (not the postgame boss) around level 30-40 when the correct levels should be 55+.

On the other hand, battle buffs are useless against random monsters since the idea is to kill them as fast as possible.

Also, which knight is giving you trouble? The only hard enemies in this game are the secret boss, the postgame boss and the boss at the beach's cave if you tackle it as soon as it is unlocked instead of waiting until you are at the proper level.

What do you mean by that? Pretty sure that buffs are multiplicative, so unless you literally kill the enemy in 3-4 turns, they should still be universally useful.

Just give yourself levels or stat-raising flowers with any regular save editor. And check if you used all of your stored EXP

Waste of time because when you are overleveled, you don't need buffs. You just spam your best skills and win.

Because I did every available content whenever it was unlocked, I was disgustingly overleveled in the main story to the point that I was just spamming attack command to win, even against the final boss before the mioria chapter.
I only used buffs in 4 battles and in only 1 of them I wasn't underleveled (true snow queen). This is also why my Sylvie was always underleveled since I barely used her (it doesn't really matter with her, she just needs enough stats to not get 1hko and you can just give her enough exp before the hard battles, the pros of being a buff/debuff bot).
I played it in the hardest difficulty so it's not a matter of the difficulty setting, but about how overpowering stats makes some part of the game irrelevant.
