Believe it or not, you actually don't have to die to see the scenes in this one! I think I've found one or two that way. So far, the vast majority of them are events in dungeons, character interactions, and minigames that you have to unlock corruption for, or when you do stuff like sleep while in horny status.

Lots of softcore voyeur stuff too as they really home in on adventuring being a girls' club where being naked and doing sexual stuff is the norm due to magic touch monsters.

There are some human scenes, though it's rare. Lesbian scenes, she gets groped and violated during a waitress job, there's the usual random shota she has stages with til sleeping with him, but yes, it's the entire premise of the setting so it's mostly monsters and not always tentacles.

There's some situational stuff too, like they try to push this girl stuck in the ceiling of a flesh hive and accidentally stick the hilt of the hammer they were using up her butt, causing her to orgasm because of all the aphrodisiacs she's been exposed to.

It's more like the first fourth or perhaps third, but it's definitely the worst part of the game by far, bar none. It's so bad, and it's a crime that you can't skip it.
