For unknown alcohol, just talk to Eleanor inside every bar in the game. You're probably missing the bar in Milliato, which requires completing the quest to return the town to normal. For abundant water mana, just keep watching the post-game bath scenes and eventually you'll get it. For the lava tunnel, talk to a girl next to the well in the mining town after you get enough fame.

Oh thank god. I was preparing a lone save file for increasing corruption to unlock several galleries in case I got a bad ending so I can load the game from lower corruption. But if it's just one ending, then I guess I can play freely. Thx.
Oh yeah btw, are the previous games like Lily Knight Saga, Succubus Traps, etc. Also have just one ending like this game? I've played the previous 2 games: Forget me Not Gemini Fort, and Into the Nightmare, and I planned to play the games from the first release to the more recent one.

As far as I know, the only games from this circle to have multiple endings are Gemini Fort and Lilium Union. I haven't played Succubus Trap Island yet, so I'm not sure about that one, but besides those, they are all one ending only.
I'm at Mauhadak doing the lord sidequest at the ruins, but Akane has not arrived. I've completed the elder treant slaying and the missing people quest at water dragon palace but Akane is not at the Mauhadak ruins yet. What's missing?

Well if you are talking about after the milk slime r**e scene then yes. After the scene, Akane rescues Mary and the other people, saying: "Well, I'm taking these girls back now" or something along those lines. What's the katana's name? Maybe I missed the name at the weapons menu. And after I got the katana, where next?

It is called "Akane's Katana". And if getting it isn't enough to make Akane appear at the end of the dungeon, the only other idea I have is sleeping on the bed to see if that progresses things.
The first time you try going through the jungle and end up back at the entrance, the MC should mention something about reading up on the forest. That is the hint for you to go back to your base and read the book in the Chapel/Magic building that will talk about finding an area with 2 flowers and a patch of dirt.
The area you are looking for is either on the first map at the entrance or (I think) it is one map tile to the left.

For Fame, just keep completing quests for people in the various towns and areas. Working as a waitress in the first town or dancing in the ice town will boost your fame a few points each time you work. Also, speak to the Guild Manager in the guild hall, she will occasionally have quests for you to complete.
I don't know which dungeon the 'deep layer dungeon' is, so I cannot help with that one.
If you are getting beat up badly by monsters in any dungeon, you are probably under leveled or under geared. So, spend some time grinding for experience and money to upgrade your party's equipment and then try that particular dungeon again.
For the horse quest, you need to build the Chapel/Magic building in your base. When you do, there will be a few books that you can read for certain quests. The horse quest is one of those quests, reading the book will allow the MC to learn that the horses are horny and that she needs to spend some time servicing their cocks to calm them down.
