Poetry Translation is an old bad translation. I think it's machine translated. Fan Translation was made by one of the users here and is a lot better.
Besides, the Fan translation file is also uncensored, while Poetry Translation is still censored. If for some reason you want to download the Poetry Translation anyway but want the game uncensored, you gotta look for the zip file with the patched files in the old messages

99% of the time for RPGM, and 2D games in general, the censoring is baked into the pictures, so you would need to litterally redraw the censored parts, which is almost never worth it
that sucks cuz i went back on the older comments where there were links that allow you to download uncensored stuff,only to get kicked in the groin with a msg being something like the file is no longer available,tried other sites but doesnt seem to work or im doing something wrong

No. You can fight her again later at her own brothel. She'll give you the card to get in after you beat her at Maldick’s store . However, if you recruit her, you'll lose access to brothel's jobs
