And considering that he will keep working on it until the end of that Arc (which may be finished before the end of next year) it will take much more months until anything related to Eld comes out, that if he decides to work back on it right after that, if he goes for the "Compiled" version of CK then who knows. More Eld in 2 years at least?

I found myself laughing out loud at more than a couple of lines of dialogue. Really well done (so far). But we won't see anything new for the foreseeable future, which is a shame so....there it goes into oblivion =(

I guess, this is what introspurt said about Eld.

CK (Crimson Keep) is still the main project after all, and Eld has only meant to be a small game to learn how Unity works to make the transition from Flash of the main project easier and more smooth.

But instead the game is not small at all (what we have so far is only around 10% of the planned content) and the dev at least still demonstrates intentions of working on it again, so that's still better than the original plan don't you think.

So this was a side-project, I see. Even more impressive, then! I gotta check out that CK as well at this point.

Everything about this game just perfectly fit my taste, and I wanna see more Melphi.
(gawd I love her personality)

Tried CK in the past, but sadly I hate flash. So I just follow others playing the game and enjoying the arts.
Hope to see completed CK soon (so I can enjoy it) and main focus shift to Eld.

Maybe the next chapter of CK will be an opportunity to get into the game, it will be build in Unity like Eld and I believe you will not need a previous save from the last chapter to play it like before.

Personally I didn't feel much engaged with Eld, it's mostly my fault, I wasn't familiar with this type of combat so I decided to play other game to prepare to the oncoming challenge, but not only I failed to realize that the initial scope of the game would not give me the challenge I was expecting, but also the game I played ended up becoming really special to me and is what I consider the "Magnum Opus" of this kind of combat system so Eld had no chance to impress me in that regard.

Maybe in the future that will change but even if that is not the case I happy to see it gather a big fan base and having success with or without me as part of it.

But I really hope you can give CK a try, intro is trying to iron out all the mechanics and systems to archive a definitive version, so each chapter will not have big changes like in the first chapters, so more people can enjoy it without feeling though back for the constant changes, I still don't know if I will like the new CK but just like with Eld I want to follow it up until the very End before deciding how I feel about each of them. For now I love CK and I'm pretty neutral towards Eld, let's see what the future will tell.

Of course I will!! It's just Eld simply blown my mind and I know it still on very early stage, so the lore not that deep yet.

On the other hand, CK is fairly well established (not sure if it's the right word, not my native language).
Surely I'll give CK lots of love when it came out in Unity. I wanted to invest in it.

Can't say much about the two, because:
1. Didn't invest much in CK due to flash.
2. Eld basically still a baby but the core element is there, even though incomplete.

Yeah, the dev mentioned before that working in Eld was great because allowed him to commit a couple of mistakes that would become problematic if they got into CK, and that's why I'm very thankful to Eld for that.

But now that also means than when he goes back to work to Eld he will need some extra time to address those mistakes that will presumably make Eld even better when you we see more of it in the future, now the hardest will be the amount of patience that may require since that future is probably not that close. CK current arc may be completed before the end of the next year so maybe then if not sooner Eld fans will hear something new about the game.

PS: And don't worry you made your point about CK very clear (to me at least, I'm not that great with English though).

The game just received a new patch (bug fixing only).

Eld v1.0.12 Changelog

Bug fixes:
-Fixed a bug that would softlock the player at the beginning of the game if the Slime King was fought before any other enemy.
-Fixed a similar softlock that could occur if the player was defeated when attacking the first Ephemera Outpost.
-Fixed a bug that allowed the player to gain massive amounts of resources at the end of a harvest scene.
-The trigger for Melphi's second scene should no longer require an empty pod to show up
-Milk now shows up correctly in Nyla's Eldritch Milking scene.
-Nyla's name will no longer be prematurely revealed by the stat change notification.
-Nyla's Endurance bar will no longer be partially reduced on the quick access menu for the Nether Jail.
-Fixed an issue with the menu system that caused the player to be unable to interact with anything after closing the Text Log.
-Changed the tool tip for Venom to more accurately describe what triggers the damage.
Other known issues which have no yet been addressed:
-Various visual and audio issues (mostly in battle) that occur when the game lags on lower end machines.
-If you close a menu with your mouse cursor over a button, the tooltip will not show up unless you move you mouse off and back on to the button. This is a general Unity issue, it may not be possible to resolve completely.
-Odd fluid angles in some of the scenes are intentional. Typically this is done because the scene would not fit on the scene if depicted at it's intended angle. We are aware that this is an odd solution to that problem.
-Nyla's mechanical eye is on the wrong side of her head when she is speaking on one side of the screen. This is because the image has been flipped. Intro doesn't currently want to redraw those assets for the few times she shows up like that.
-Hotkeys work and cause issues on the title screen if you exit back to it from the game.

Darkest Dungeon.

I was tempted to play Dohna Dohna instead because I know the dev watched tye gameplay while some other mod streamed it on the CK discord server and because he is a fan of some games of that company (more specifically Evanicle), but I ended up picking Darkest Dungeon because I was sure that's the one that would give me the most challenging experience, maybe if I picked the other one it would be different but it's also probably I would take much more time to engage with a game I ended up liking so much.
