go to folder www find file called "Hidden Quest!.txt" it will tell you how to unlock "bonus scenes" the 2nd one just viist the "closed/do not enter" room next to lesibians flat

first one happens on the beggining while the second one its on the "labeled" door on your building.

Known bug. There are several posts about this if you do search. My recommendation is to instead use the unofficial rempy remake linked on the OP.
