But i heard that "porn" in a strict sense is virtually illegal in Japan. And the industry keep existing by basically paying bribes to the authorities, and of course toning the content down with the censorship. So basically there is lotsa money involved going into japanese treasury. And this can be the main reason this stupid censorship keep being imposed to japanese porn industry.

Dunno, about illegal per say. When I was over there video stores would seemlessly transition from non porn to nothing but porn as you walked up the stairs. I didn't even know that was where I was going at first. Explored the first floor of non porn. Then walked up the stairs, which were covered in poster adds on the way up, and noticed the girls in the posters started wearing less and less until they were full on porn lol. In that building alone I found like 1 floor of non porn and like 4 floors of porn.

And that was just 1 place. I found this in several other buildings as well in that area. Whole floors of video porn. They even sold porn vids on the psp system. That's not even to mention the content of said porn. Some of which were definitely... questionable... legally. And that was in Akiba, not some red light district lol. I'd say the censoring allows them to be alot more... brazen with their porn. Even if the the idea of it seems really dumb.

That aside, it surprises me people haven't become used to mosaics at this point. They are forever present in Japanese works (with a few fringe examples, such as certain Manga Gamer imports/localizations where the art was salvageable and the actual creation/production is done outside Japan). The problem with Article 175 is that it's open to interpretation. A problem Americans in states with "obsenity" laws should be familiar with. A judge decides what is obscene on the fly, at their whim. These days, Japan interprets it to mean "partial censorship" such as mosaics, or drawn 'censor bars' covering a portion of the genitals. Because it is vague and there haven't been enough court cases to set a real precedent, they tiptoe around the issue and play it safe.

Incidinally, they used to not even show pubic hair. So there's that.

whats so bad about a group that really pushes one genre in their games? If people want mindless nukige with barely any plot, they know who to turn to. I mean, you are definitely right about their formula. I still have a bunch of miel games and I do occasionally turn to one for a quick fap. They have great art and appeals to the "mindbreak all chicks with the power of your penis" people. I tend to like this trope although I prefer a bit more development for the heroines before their fall like in Black Lilith games.

Ah, so yet ANOTHER linear story game with the illusion of choice in which you corrupt and abuse women and end up fucking their intellegence/dignity away. At least they're consistent I guess....just wish they put some more effort in to make their entries stand out from each other.

man , miel games are so bad, at this point someone should just post a link below downloads to all the CGs in the game. from e-h or hitomi, cause thats all this group has to offer.

I'm having trouble finishing the game. Not bugs or anything, just... it isn't very good.
If your 'thing' is MDom, then maybe you would like it, but even with the other fetishes that I would normally like, everything is saturated in so much MDom that it ruins the H scenes for me. He can't go a two sentences without insulting them.
I'm having to binge DanMachi just to get this horrible protagonist out of my memory...

Not true. I think Tsunder Idol has character Development though the false advertising with Tsundere. The Subtitel My M-Pet Idol should have been the only titel.

Damn, I want to like Norn/Miel stuff, but the nosehooks/body writing/piercings are such a huge turn-off for me. It's a shame because I love the way the girls look and I'm otherwise all for the "fuck plot, acquire bitches" story their games have...

Ah well, hope y'all who dig that stuff can enjoy it at least. They're clearly doing something right or they wouldn't still be making stuff.

Strange... The store page for Elf Breeding Farm in Jast USA says it contains uncensored visuals. But I can't confirm now if it's just a typo, and by being a Cherry Kiss game (never seen an uncensored game made by them), I'd take that info with a grain of salt.

Jast uncensors games themselves with their own artists.

Actually, even in Jast, these games from Cherry Kiss are censored. And someone from the Jast staff just confirmed in their Discord server that the uncensored tag was a mistake and it's actually censored.
