Currently there's not really 18, that's an "in time" feature. Currently there's only 8-10 you can get with, depending on how you count it, with early steps working towards another 5, all depending on paths chosen. Currently, I'd say they're all pretty decent depending on what you're looking for. Right now, 4-6 are more like fuck buddies than long-term relationships though later progress could see that change.
As things are right now, I'd say it's worth playing, just be prepared for the withdrawals that come from the horrid feeling of a story ending before you're ready for it to.

I mentioned this a few posts back, there is a lot of things that can be described as "chekovs gun-ish" in this chapter alone

But for me it was the questions that came after, yeah they might just be being friendly, but asking about every girl you live with and the reply having a "she's hot" type of response.
It's not so much a from virgin to fuck boy experiment, it's more a all blokes are preditory experiment

I didn't really stop and think of 'side' characters being included, but you are right, might as well give it a try. I could've just tried instead of asking but guess I was wanting to save time before investing it.

Yeah, All we can say for certain is you can choose from a pool of 18 love interests. It's still far too early days to actually know, but we don't know if picking one locks out another.
Obviously it's a Harem game and the achievements suggest the size of that harem. But it's quite a low number.
People have guessed before, using quite sound logic and reasoning that it wouldn't be out of place that by going for one girl, another gets locked out.
No worries. People only have so much free time available to them so it makes sense to check before considering since some of these games can be serious time sinks before you can really know if you like it or not. Currently, EU is pretty short. Depending on your pace, you could get through all 3 episodes in a handful of hours, couple of free evenings at most.

An easy example is Selina given how her mechanics make it difficult to work with other girls. And the confrontation with Tashley implies they won't respond well to MC having a harem so it's a good guess they might be another, short of skill tree hijinks. Since both the Harem King and Outnumbered achievements give a 6+ count, I wouldn't imagine a harem route will be too much bigger than that, even if the members are potentially more fluid out of the collection of girls.

Just playing devils advocate here, but the Dev has mentioned in the past he's going for a 3 season game at 6episodes a season so we are only 3 episodes into an 18 episode game, so about 16% through it. There's still loads to go...
People have already stated the ambition of this project is big and expressed there concerns about completion. Now obviously I don't wish for any game to be on that incomplete list... But episode 3 took its toll on the dev, it was delayed once and messed up his eating a sleeping patterns. He has also mentioned that money is also tight. This is not his full time job yet. So there is still a chance it will not be completed.
That chance will obviously drop as more episodes are dropped and he hopefully gets more patrons, but it is something to be aware of when deciding to try

Selina is going to be a killer, her mechanics make that clear, but even still her sister hates her. Getting with one could easily lock out the other.
Speaking of her sister, she's a hardcore femenist, as is her roommate. They're not likely to share at all.
They're also good friends with the cheerleaders, where as the cheerleaders don't mind sharing. Will the femenist want to share, knowing MC is banging 3 other girls?
I was actually surprised by Tashleys jealousy in the recent update. But again it's showing a full Harem is a little far fetched.
I mean there's loads of combinations that could work, there are loads that couldn't, the skill tree is obviously important to building said Harem, but I feel there's a reason that achiement comes at 6+ rather than he full 18

I was amazed that the 'adorable' Nina Xin Uan Huáng could say the 'R'. Many Chinese simply can not. Last time I was in Chinese restaurant the waitress asked me if I wanted something to dlink. What can I drink, I asked. "Led wine or Spa Led", she answered. I thanked her kindly and said I wasn't a 'heavy' drinker.

I could make a joke about this myself, but unless you went to uni here in England, it would likely be lost. However your joke is not that far fetched from reality. Where as there are lot Chinese people here in the UK, the fact they are 2nd or 3rd generation means their English is quite good. That being said, when I went to Uni, the amount of Chinese students that were there was actually staggering. So it wouldn't be too out of place to give her an "engrish" accent. Then again if she was a foreign student, she wouldn't be fucking about in the MCs room, she'd be in the library. They're always in the fucking library.

hum, the reaction from the twins was pretty stupid...
also, the dev should change the point allocation system, too few points at the start... actually, scratch that, he should rework the entire thing... that system creates too many variables and too much work, that's too ambitious for a one-man AVN.
it's a good game though, but yeah, the dev needs to scale back a bit imo... you don't need 18 LIs and a stat system that changes so many little things.
