Do we? Last I checked the only achievement in regards to the Harem is for 6+ I mean there's that secret achievement but I haven't the time nor the inclination to dig into the code to see if there are any hints in regards to that.

His trait ability hides his love points and lust bar. But don't worry she will lose that ability eventually.
Nah not to worried. I don't like her, the fact she lied and hides is a massive red flag.
That second trait, is technically not revealed yet, but it is the Harem Queen trait. So she will probably be the guiding force for the bigger harem.
