I'm really hoping for implementation of checkpoints (with an empty talent tree) because I didn't get the Paris scene in this one and I don't feel like skipping through the whole game so far to try and get it, nor do I remember what choices I made on my "main" playthrough.

(Just in case you're not aware then) Nina stole it, either with or without you, when she broke in to Dr. Novotna's office to steal the exam papers. I think there's an option for you to keep hold of the pass, otherwise Nina keeps it.

While true, she listens to you the rest of the heist if you have the right stats. Weird for the pass she doesn't.

No idea - I'm thinking if you turn her down and don't go on the heist with her, she's doing it anyway and probably keeps the card. If Novotna is using a temporary pass, then that's my assumption why.

If you tell her not to she doesn't take. But if you refuse to partake in the heist altogether she still does it apparently, and in that case she does take it.

That' s fair, i remember people saying Novotna is using a temporary pass regardless of your choice. Must be a bug, wonder it has or will be fixed with the bug fixes.

If you tell her not to take card via regular option she will not listen to you and will take card anyway. Need persuasion skill "do not take card" option in order for her to leave card. In choice tree it will say "I convinced Nina not to take card". Later Novotna indeed wears temporary pass, but MC is not noticing it (no text he thinks about it), so I guess dev just didn't made two sets of renders.

if you go on a date with Paris after engaging with the twins they will ask who and what she is to you that's probably why

I wasn't sure if Paris would react negatively to being called a "friend" so I rolled back and said no like the walkthru suggested. I've cheated my skills though, so I could probably get away with it. I'll figure it out next update I guess.
