I wouldn't be surprised if there's a "replay+" type option at the end where you can play through again with your talents and get all the missed scenes.Dang the game right now has implemention of some of the very advanced perks already. It seems like some of them are impossible to get though without cheats? Like the pregnancy one requires you to go down both branches of creampie & milf doesn't seem like you can get to it before the scene where you creampie Kat (which has a trigger). You can enable console by opening the 00console.rpy file in renpy/common/. Then on line 108, you'll see
config.console = False, change that False to True. Then in game, Shift+O to open the console.
